1. Starlight Electrical Ltd will use the data you supply to us for the following purposes:

• to process quote or call requests;
• to enable us to provide support to you if you contact us;
• to contact you with regard to any works for which we are providing a quote OR for works we are undertaking;

2. We will not use your data for marketing purposes.

3. We may disclose your details if requested by the police or other law enforcement agencies for the prevention and detection of crime and only if we are legally obliged to do so.

4. Your data will be held securely by us for a period of 12 months after the last works date, after which it will be destroyed (excluding invoices).
